Kraków Waiters Run, 12 November 2011 – this event will take place a few days before the 19th edition of the HORECA® International Trade Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment held in Kraków on 16-18 November 2011.

The organizers of the Kraków Waiters Run 2011 are the following companies: Targi w Krakowie Sp. z o.o. and Gastroinfo Zbigniew Kurleto, the owner of the Grube Ryby restaurant in Zabierzów. Galeria Krakowska is the event’s partner.

The run will begin at 11am, on 12 November 2011. The place is Plac Jana Nowaka Jeziorańskiego in front of Galeria Krakowska. The route will be several hundred meters long and the participants will be waiters from Kraków’s restaurants.  In this obstacle race, restaurant tables to be served will function as the obstacles. The winners will receive individual awards and the restaurants that they will represent in the run will be given certificates for the fastest and most effective customer service in the city.
