“We come to the fair every year because we feel very well here! In comparison to the other events of this type organised in Poznań and Warsaw, I think that Krakow’s HORECA® is at the same, or even a higher, level. The atmosphere is great and friendly and the organisation leaves nothing else to wish for. In fact there is nothing we can complain of and, as we all know, it is the details that really count and determine the class of the event. We will definitely be seeing you again next year”  Jerzy Jamroz, Strauss Cafe

“I came to Krakow because I want to set up a pension. What I liked was the presentation of the offer for exclusive, demanding clients. I also managed to buy an excellent coffee maker” – Katarzyna, a visitor from Poronin.

“This is our debut at the fair and I must admit that there’s a huge interest in local products. Restaurants want to introduce them to their menus. We are usually involved in all kinds of tourism-oriented fairs; the difference here is that our clients can taste the food, and not only become interested in some areas of its making. And so this fair is definitely a positive innovation. We had a lot of visitors, guests, discussions, clients and so the future looks rather promising. I am particularly impressed by the organisation of the fair. The problems we have at other fairs are simply not here, perhaps with the small exception of parking. You should definitely follow this direction, that is develop the area of certified local products” - Katarzyna Janos, President of the “Na Śliwkowym Szlaku” Association.

“We are very pleased with our second visit to the fair. We have found an importer from Poland so it is a great success for us. ENOEXPO® 2011 is another chance for us to find new clients for our importer” – Baron Jakob Kripp, Prince Stirbey

“I am interested in wine, both privately and professionally as I work for a wine distributor. This is my second time at the fair. There are many exhibitors so you can try some fantastic wine and meet some friends from the industry. It’s all on a very big scale. Perhaps the New World is not as present as one would wish for as it’s Europe that’s mostly represented here, but it’s OK. ENOEXPO is being promoted as the best wine industry event in Poland but there is clearly slightly less interest than 4 years ago. I think that the opening times should be extended because many people work long hours these days.” - Jolanta Kipek, Krakowski Skład Alkoholi

“This visit to Krakow was certainly worth my while. I know that the area of manufacturing machines is new but I think it’s a good innovation. We can present our company to people who manufacture wine and juice, with the aim of promoting our firm and winemaking as such. We will be back next year, with an eye for a bigger stand this time.” Jacek Szmajło, The Cieplice Vineyard.

“For me HORECA® always sounds very positive. This year, our stand’s leading motif is that of a peacock that lives in the areas surrounding tea plantations. On the first and the second day we were visited by many clients, but it is only after the fair that we’ll be able to evaluate whether our investment in coming here pays off.” - Beata Szumniak, Newby Teas / Geralt Polska Ltd.
